Mewujudkan Zona Aman di PAUD: Menelusuri Hak Anak dalam Keamanan Lingkungan Belajar

This study aims to explore the fulfillment of children's rights in creating a safe zone in the PAUD learning environment, especially in RA Ma'arif Tegaten and TK PGRI Duren. A safe learning environment is not only related to physical aspects, such as adequate facilities and infrastructure, but also psychosocial aspects that support children's comfort and protection during the learning process. The research method used is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, collecting data through observation, interviews with teachers and parents, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that although both institutions have made efforts to provide a physically safe environment, there are several challenges in the psychosocial aspect, such as managing conflicts between children and limited teacher training in child protection. This study concludes the need to improve the holistic security management system that integrates physical and psychosocial aspects, as well as ongoing training for educators so that children's rights to a safe environment in PAUD can be optimally fulfilled.
